Shipping policy
Processing & Production Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are still processed the same day when possible.
- Made-to-Order Items (including stationery and Train Like a Champion premium practice log): These require 5 business days for production before they are shipped. Total time before shipping = production (5 days) + processing (2–3 days).
Shipping Costs & Methods (Domestic US Only)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can vary based on item weight, packaging, and current transportation rates.
- We combine multiple items into one package whenever possible.
- For multiple items: You pay the highest applicable shipping cost for the items in your order.
Free Shipping is offered on all orders over $50 (US only).
Tracking
- Most packages include tracking.
- Lightweight items shipped in stamped envelopes (such as single stickers or cards) may not include tracking.
Delivery Estimates
- Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Delivery times vary by location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the order is returned for exchange.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier issues.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will work with USPS to resolve it.
- Address accuracy is your responsibility. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
