Refund policy

 

At Baton Twirling Revolution want you to love your items! We offer exchanges only (no refunds) within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in resalable packaging.
  • All original tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact.
  • Personalized or custom items (if any) are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@batontwirlingrevolution.com  with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during return transit.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your exchange at our expense (standard shipping).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a 360 view video of the product.  We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on any opened products. 
  • Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a different item of equal value.
  • All exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
